In the light of Blakely's booming career as an actor both on stage and in 'vids, Honoria (often called Margie by friends and family) opted for life as a stay-at-home mother, As her daughter grew older, however, Margie turned back to her hobby of sewing and design. This is, perhaps, where Jane inherited her sense of fashion, for her mother was always on the cutting edge of developments and ready with her newest outfit at the advent of a trend. The marriage was a peaceable one occurring at the pinnacle of a passionate love affair that eventually tapered into a mutual fondness and respect; when asked, Margie would declare that torrid romance was for the young. (Nevermind that she, herself, was married at 19 and a mother by 21.)
As an only child of an incredibly affluent couple, Jane has lead a rather comfortable existence that some surmise is the cause for her current eccentricities. She struggles with interpersonal relationships, but always tries to appear as if she is having fun whenever on a public outing. Her work relationships are fairly solid, and although she is known as one of those "child stars" struggling to find her niche in adulthood, her work ethic is solid. To date, she has only missed three days of work due to a string of stress-related migraines.
When she isn't acting, Jane enjoys horseback riding throughout the Wilds. She received a falcon for her thirteenth birthday, and has also partaken of the art of falconry ever since. When the mood strikes, Jane will help tend to the family's strictly aesthetic garden alongside her mother. Since her younger years, Jane's relationship with her father has been strained due to his many absences for work.
Some of Jane's own work includes a mixture of commercials, stage performances in adolescence, and 'vid appearances starting around age fifteen. Her breakout role was at age seventeen as an asskicking child prodigy who discovers a way to hack into Hostile systems to disable their shielding mechanisms. Although the movie itself was touted as "poorly written, inaccurate crap" by the technophilic critics on The Ring, Ms. Wyre's talents were said to have been "the glue that held the steaming shitpile together." Opening weekend ticket sales for "The Underdark" were the second highest of any movie premiere that year.
Jane has since starred in a slew of movies - some successful and some not - and stage productions. As the time for the Return draws nearer, production companies tend to go into overload pumping out 'vids to distract the masses from the growing stress of anticipation. This is the busiest season for actors, but even still, Jane has taken some time out of her schedule to return to the Vale and spend time with her family.
