Equinophobia – when Irvette was still a little girl, seeing just the fifth summer, she sneaked into the stables, where all the studs of her family cavalry stood. She was quite excited to palm the soft fur of animals. She boldly approached a sorrel stud and started to extend her hand, but it scared still a little bit wild animal, who was still in a waiting to be ridden. Stud stood on his back legs and without hesitation hited his little enemy, who quickly started crying as loudly as possible. One of the Cavalry knights found the child, took it to his arms and of course carried poor Irvette to healers, who managed to stop the blood, but never was able to stop girl‘s fear of horses.
Booming Voice – this is the strain braught to Irvette by blood or by thunder, which was blustered outside, when she was born and had as loudly as possible to announce about her arrival to the world, if she wanted to be heared. But likely, it was braught by blood, because young woman has the same three volume settings: Loud, louder, and friggin' LOUD, as her father. However, it really annoys the girl, because sometimes the need of adventures requires of the silent murmur, but the girl has to stop all the words leaving her throat if she doesn‘t want to get into trouble, if she wants to reach the goal of her wild journey.
Reckless – Sometimes you just do not have time to think. You need to take the action in your hands and react quickly, boldly, bravely at the events around you. This is what Irvette does the best. However, sometimes she just doesn‘t want to think. It‘s more fun this way.
Self-confident – Irvette is always in a hurry. She wants to do one or another thing. She has many ideas in her head and tries intently examine each of them, praparing a perfect plan to make everything come true. While she is in a hurry to look for a trouble or adventure, or just another storm in the Sea, she trusts just her own power and has no time to think about religion too much, while others would do so, and what it may bring or may not. According to the girl, she is the smith of her destiny.
Troublemaker – Some says, that Irvette is always recklessly looking for a trouble. However, she prefers to form the sentence differently. She usually claims that the troubles are recklessly looking for her and she is just unable to hide from such curse. Well, the truth can‘t be told. But the fact is the fact, that there is Irvette, there is trouble too and it doesn‘t matter who follows who.
Loyal to Dylan – Dylan is her twin brother and very strong bonds tie her to him. She is loyal to him and ready to do anything to help him. She would give her life for him if needed, because she just couldn‘t live without him.
Administration – the young girl had a private tutor, just because it was hard to keep her in one place. So, just really patient man could stop her for a moment near the books. The man worked for Irvette‘s family for a long time and he new the girl from the day she and her twin brother were born. For this reason, he easily found the way to get girl‘s interest on some math and administration, making her quite good on handling some papers and numbers.
Etiquette – Together with the art of administration, as a noble lady, she had to learn etiquette, however, her stormy temper and manners distracter her from keeping the straightness and politeness, especially keeping her tongue in the right place.
Medicine – Knowing how to give the first aid is very important, if you work on the ship, which may find itself between earth and sea, when the storm mixes the world. So she had some lessons about it too.
Oceanography – this was the only one thing, which not irritated Irvette, when she had to stay calmly in the room and read books. Likely, she loved it, because it is the part of the Sea, which she loves with all her heart, which she dreams at nights and days.
Fishing – Irvette believes, that if a person knows how to navigate the boat, person must know how to find some food, if you become lost in the vast of the water world for too long. So, when she was in her teenage, she demanded her family to let her travel with the fishermen boat to the Sea, to learn their art. Nobody said „No“ to the girl‘s desire of knowledge.
Stealth – This is the ability, she learned following her twin brother. He had this sneaky boy, that silence and gracefulness of the crawling cat near her prey in his blood the minute he was born. Irvette was always jealous for such ability of her brother, but she tried her best to learn it, not always following him, but sometimes dragging him to her own adventures too. Also a lot of gracefullness for her moves Irvette learned joining some adventures of thievery. Having a brother twin and older sister usually means that you have to share with them something or you can‘t get something, especially, when you are the storm of the family. If someting bad happens – it‘s your fault. If someone is crying – it‘s your fault. With this comes many penalties. Sometimes you can‘t get the slice of cake, for example. So, you need to steal it from the kitchens. Moreover, if you like gambling or have some ideas of new adventures, sometimes you need a very small amout of money, which is not given for you by parents. For this reason, you gather all your innocents, blush and the power of woman, to sneak somewhere, to say something and finally with the deft fingers make some coins to fall into your pocket accidentally.
Alertness – If you want to be safe, you have to be carefull and alert. The world is dangerous place, it doesn‘t matter if you are on the land or on the ship. Irvette knows this rule, and even if she is hurring into the troubles, she tries to keep alert, just to ensure her own safety. Moreover, Alertness is the thing, which has to be learned by all the sailors, because you can never know what danger might hide in the mist of the Sea.
Archery – The small bow and a few arrows were a gift for Irvette at her 10th birthday. The archery was popular in her farther‘s lands. Moreover, it is very useful weapon on the ships, when your enemies are on another ship. You can defeat them long before they will reach the deck of your own ship. From that day Irvette was trained to use the bow. At first it was like a sport for a child, who was not used on sitting in the rooms. However, it grew up into a hobby and later – passion. Girl was quite succesful at archery.
Bludgeons, Swords, Polearms – However, quite quickly, when Irvette reached 14th birthday, another sport, which demanded more physical effort and energy, attracted girl‘s attention. At first it was just a simple stick to fight with some trees or her brother. However, the finesse of the young girl was incredibly vivid and successful, moreover, girl showed up a lot of strenght. So tutors persueded her father to sign the young girl as a squire to one of the cousins to the family, who already was an honourable knight at that moment. Permision was given and young girl became a squire. She was very excited about her new position. She served for the knight as she could, however, it was hard for her to get in touch with him. The man was strict and firm, while she was the girl with a wind in her head and soul. The knight tried to force the stormy wind to become disciplined and very dangerous warrior. He saw, that girl has potency for that. She was very good attacking, but she was incredibly horrible at defence. She could not concentrate and her rapidity let her to run from the hits on time, but it was just rapidity, not knowledge or abilities to bravely stand in front of the blade or axe and counter the attack. The knight forced the young girl to try various types of axes, swords, however, she was delighted with the three-pronged trident. Maybe for this reason, she was the most successful with it in offensive and defensive. However, after two years of training, the cousin knight arrived with the girl to her farther and stated, that she will never be a knight, if she can‘t stop being an undisciplined storm. So, she was never knighted and had to look for her talents elsewhere.
Unarmed – When Irvette is on the land, she is as wild as she is on the Sea. It does not help the girl to remain out of fights in the bars, taverns or even streets. She is easilly offended and her temper raises quickly into the flames, and she recklessly springs to explain her point of view with fists. Of course, her knowledge in the art of using her fists started in the early childhood, when she couldn‘t share something with her brother, or some simple fighting games were involved.
Sailing – Finally the girl found herself, when she stood up on the ship as a Mate. She enjoyed each moment in the Sea, especially wide smile danced on her lips, when the storm tossed the ship in all the possible directions. She run through the deck at these moments, chuckling and helping other crew members. She even learned how to navigate the ship and from the moment she started to work on the ship, she has just only one dream – become the Captain of her own ship and travel around the world freely from all the noble functions, just looking for adventures together with her awesome crew. Or she would be happy to become a Captain of the war-ship and she could bring some glory to her family!
Forgery – This is the thing in which she was quite interested. Mostly, all the forgery was made in documents, written in hand. Girl has deft hands, or fingers better to say. When she was in need of some documents or licences, but she couldn‘t get them from the right man, Irvette usually tried to write everything by herself and to make a signature of other person was pretty easy for young girl.
Command – Being a lady of the noble house requires some knowledge in making a good commands, first of all for servants, second – people who may become stressful in particular situations, third – she has a dream of becoming the Captain of the ship, she must train her abilities in affecting people, influencing them and of course giving the right commands. She read a lot of history books about other Commandors, tried to learn from their experiance, however, she gets most knowledge by working on the ship as Mate and examining her Captain.
Warcraft – also in books and in her travels with ships, and listening for her father and Captain of the ship, in which she works as a Mate, young lady got some skills into art of warcraft. Likely, the only one reason why she still does not forget to read books, is her wish to improve this skill as much as possible, because of her future dreams.
History – As already was mentioned, she read some history books, written about or by Commandors, mostly of the ships. She remembers a lot of battles in the Sea, strategy, which was used and tries to learn from the mistakes made in the past, that she would never do any mistakes, when she will be a leader of the Ship.
Dice – Some fun thing, which lets to spend time more interesting, if the Sea is peaceful or Irvette spend her time in Tavern. Must be said, she is quite good on it. Sometimes looses some money, but she won many times too.
Electronics – Irvette uses electronics as much as the life forces her, however she never was too much into it and doesn‘t feel too much attracted to it. She knows how to use electronics, which are used in ships and it is enough for her.
Dylan's mother missed watching the glorious sunset from the western wall of the castle on the early evening when her twins were born. Watching sunsets was one of her favorite things, but she suddenly went into labor. Her handmaidens and guards rushed her to the maternity suite that was ready for this occasion, and called for the midwife away from the first real dinner that she had enjoyed in two weeks. Then they wanted.
After several hours, dark thunderclouds rolled over the castle. Everyone in the room was anxious. The midwife, an accomplished healer, ordered her new apprentice to prepare for surgery to remove the twins. The mother could not endure much more of this labor. While the apprentice worked, swabbing the mother's swollen belly with a sterilizing and numbing solution, a tiny hand reached out from the womb. She called the midwife, and with much relief that they would not need to perform surgery, the midwife told the mother what she and her apprentice had seen. They urged the mother to push forcefully again. The midwife, with occasional help from her apprentice, nudged and coaxed Dylan to leave his warm shelter and join them in the stormy world.
He was too quiet for the midwife's comfort, but she could not worry about that. While the assistant carefully cleaned him and massaged his chest with her fingers to persuade him to breathe, the midwife focused on the other twin who rushed after her brother as if she could not wait to leave the cramped, dark cave in which they had spent nine months. At the moment when the girl emerged, the storm also broke with a peal of thunder that rattled the castle and brought a piercing wail from the second twin's powerful lungs. Even her silent twin brother answered with a soft whimper that grew into his own caterwaul.
Throughout his childhood, hired staff who wore in the castle on that tumultuous night reminded Dylan about it, and how much trouble he and his sister caused. He resolved at an early age to be quiet and diligent, to avoid trouble for himself and for other people, and most of all to protect his dear sister, Irvette, from the mischief that she invariably found. Although he could have attended a school with other children, when his parents hired a tutor for his sister, he begged to stay at home and learn along with his sister so that they would not be apart. He knew her thoughts, not in an Awakened way but in the way that people who are close often do. In his own small ways, he coaxed her to focus on her studies when she grew restless. He turned lessons into adventures, and showed her that reading quietly, which often seemed like a drudgery to her, could be a kind of exploration and adventure.
Whenever some gadget broke, he would take it apart to see how it might be broken and whether he could repair it. When a technician visited, he watched and interrupted with questions. He rewired one of the field drones to serve as his personal butler. Aboard the boat that he and his sister sailed, he often needed to repair old equipment and replace parts using whatever was available, including parts from other failed equipment.
Unlike his beloved sister Irvette, Dylan was the cautious and quiet one. In the woods, he would sit for hours watching animals and learning their ways. He used this knowledge both to hunt, and to tame wild animals as pets. Also, unlike his sister, he loved horses and other animals. He tried to sooth her fears, but she was only slightly comfortable around the great beasts even though she knew that he could control them with a soft word. She could not overcome her fear, but that only strengthened their bond because it was another thing in which they helped each other. She inspires him to boldness. He inspires her to measure and plan.
Not all of their lessons involved books or staying indoors. Their tutor arranged for experts in blades, archery, and all manner of combat to train them, so that they would be ready to fight whenever the moment comes. When they were older, to test their skills, he would escort them to taverns, gambling dens, and other places where rough people often lurked, to see how they handled themselves in potentially dangerous situations, although he always had a few guards nearby to rescue them if necessary. Here, they learned that the courtly style of fighting is not always best. They learned wariness. They learned about criminals and their tricks. They learned how to spot a bluff or a con.
Although he and his sister seemed to be together so often that some people worried, this was not true. The large estate sat on the coast, with a long beach and surrounded by dense woods. Often, he slipped quietly away from Irvette for adventures that suited him. Beside reading quietly, he loved to learn about animals and gadgets. When he was quite young, his father gave him a compass, astrolabe, and a basic kit of pencils and tools for making maps. Once his father taught him how to use the presents, Dylan began to explore the family's vast lands. He drew detailed maps and learned every hiding place. One day, he heard a crackle of twigs behind him, and discovered his sister trying to follow without drawing his attention. He could have teased her for her poor stealth. Instead, he decided to teach her the ways of the wild - camping, hunting, fishing, and foraging. She helped him to learn seamanship, and during the summer holidays, they sailed up and down the coast in a small boat that their father gave to them. He often rescued animals and birds that were injured or abandoned. With each year, his skill as a navigator and pilot grew along with the twins' reputation for sailing to other small towns along the coast to visit friends who joined in their sailing adventures.
As with all things, their childhood of learning and playing came to an end. When they came of age, their father asked them officially what they wished to do. Both, almost in unison, declared that they wanted to serve their family by sailing on a ship.
In many ways, he is the opposite of the twin sister whom he loves. Irvette is loud and reckless, often finding or making trouble for herself and those around her. He is quiet and cautious, at times to excess, and he becomes nervous when a place becomes unexpectedly noisy. Part of his fascination with gadgets arose from wanting to fix things that she broke, and it has resulted in a compulsive desire to repair or adjust things if they seem at all imperfect to him. Although he loves music, he is hesitant to dance because he might disappoint the woman who dances with him, or worse, step on her foot. The cumulative effect of his various nervous tendencies often impairs his ability to sleep, but he uses that time to study, exercise, practice his combat skills, or simply explore the world around him if he is not already familiar with the place. One of his recurring topics of inquiry, both through medial and personal contacts, is Hostile lore.

Description
Few would take this man for a descendant of the proud house of Hollolas. The man stands at 174 cm and a 70 kg. He has a slender, triangular face with a mop of ebony brown hair that hangs to his shoulders and frames his pale face, a slender nose, eyes of sea-green and thin lips.
A simple and lightweight ivory linen shirt hangs loosely over his chest and arms, providing an odd form of protection by allowing any sharp objects to catch the cloth, but not necessarily the flesh beneath it. Over the shirt, he usually wears a utilitarian dark brown leather vest with many pockets both large and small for various tools that he keeps always at hand. The tail of the shirt tucks neatly into a pair of tan canvas pants with deep pockets. The pants tuck into stout leather boots that mach the vest in color. About his waist he has girded a strong, wide belt that again matches the boots and vest. A cutless and dirk hang in holsters at his hips. Unless the circumstances forbid, he carries a flexible and sturdy bow and a full quiver of arrows on his back. In cold weather, he wears over his shoulders a long, dark blue cloak with a small silver sigil of his house to secure the covering in place. Even when the temperature is too warm, he keeps the cloak nearby, draping it over a chair or hanging it from a peg within easy reach.
